Dr. Tae Chang (Ed. D.), Dr. Tim Chang (Ph.D.), and their wives founded the Center with the goal of helping all students succeed, at all ages and in all subjects providing stellar programs, excellent instructors and at an affordable cost.

We aim to:

• Provide a friendly atmosphere
• Offer challenging enrichment classes
• Involve parents in their children's studies
• Serve as mentors and counselors
• Maintain small class sizes and the opportunity for private tutoring
