The founding members of the Center are Drs. Tae and Tim Chang's family.

• Dr. Tae Chang is a credentialed teacher and an Elementary Education Professor at California State University at Northridge. He oversees the curriculum and finances. Dr. Tae can be reached at taechang@csun.edu.
• Jenny Chang is a computer programmer and fluent in Korean and English and director for the ESL program.
• Dr. Tim Chang has more than fifteen years of experience working with Korean-American youth. Dr. Tim also teaches part-time at Golden Gate.
• Jin Chang is a credentialed teacher and has worked in the Los Angeles Unified School District for seven years.
