Study Hall
Students are required to attend one two-hour study hall per week (unless you have approval from the director, example if you plan on taking vacation). Students also have the opportunity to take 10 hours of additional study hall for free. During the study hall a qualified instructor will be present to answer student questions and guide them with their work.
Study hall hours will be Tuesdays 12:30-2:30, Thursdays 2:30-4:30 and Fridays 10:30-12:30.
Private Tutoring
Enrollment in private tutoring is not required for participation in our program but it can supplement a student's academic progress. Private tutoring is scheduled around student and tutor availability and is available at many times throughout the week. Private tutoring for students enrolled in the Math Program is available at a reduced rate.
Class Schedule is tentative and may change based on enrollment.
Classes require a minimum of 3 students
Lecture
Students are required to attend the class for the full instructional period. If a student misses a class they are required to take one-hour of private tutoring (at an additional cost) to make up for the missed lecture. If a student misses three or more sessions it is at the discretion of the program director as to whether the student is still eligible for credit.
